Copyright and reports

Last updated: November 2, 2026

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a quote published on qwoty uses your content without permission (for example a logo, an image or text), you can ask us to remove it.

1. How to send a notice

Write to hello@qwoty.me with the subject "Copyright notice" and include: • Your name and contact details (and who you represent, if applicable). • The work or trademark you believe is infringed. • The quote link (qwoty.me/q/…) and which part infringes. • A statement that you act in good faith and that the use is not authorized by the owner or the law. • A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf, under penalty of perjury. • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do

We review every notice. If it is valid, we promptly remove or disable the content and notify the user who published it.

3. Counter-notice

If you are the affected user and believe it is a mistake or that you have permission, you can reply to hello@qwoty.me explaining why. We may restore the content where the law allows.

4. Repeat infringers

We close accounts that receive three valid infringement notices.

5. Other reports

For phishing, fraud, spam or other abuse, use the "Report" link on the quote page or email, or write to hello@qwoty.me.

6. Legal framework

This procedure follows Mexico's Federal Copyright Law and, for users in the United States, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Designated contact: José Antonio López Arteaga, Tonatiuh 101, Fracc. La Colonia, C.P. 42185, Mineral de la Reforma, Hidalgo, México, hello@qwoty.me.
